PAYMENT 

All payments are processed through Paypal. You can check out with Paypal using any major credit card or an echeck which will debit your checking account. Your order is not complete until payment has cleared. Louisiana residents pay 9% sales tax which will be added to your order total when you check out.

If you have a coupon code, enter it in the coupon code box at checkout and apply it to your purchase. We do not make adjustments to paid purchases should you fail to enter your coupon code at checkout.

Because our products are often given as gifts, we do not include receipt or invoice in your package. Please print your receipt at checkout and keep for your records.

SHIPPING 

Please make sure that the address you enter at checkout is the correct shipping address. Upon receipt of payment, orders ship via USPS within 5 business days except holiday season when packages ship daily.

Packages are not insured. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance in the case of lost or damaged packages, please contact me and I will invoice you for the cost of insurance.

In the result of a shipping error in which Sweet Olive Soap Works is at fault, we will correct the error to your full satisfaction at our expense.

Quality handmade soap may 'sweat' when shipped in hot and humid weather due to the high content of Glycerin, a naturally occurring moisturizer that attracts moisture from the air. Simply store your bars of soap in a cool and dry place until ready for use.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Sweet Olive Soap Works ships anywhere in the world! International purchases are shipped via USPS flat rate envelopes and boxes. Please be aware of your countries shipping restrictions before ordering. We will not be held responsible for items that you have ordered and cannot receive once shipped. Shipping overcharges will be refunded to your account when your order ships.

RETURNS 

Due to the sanitary and personal nature of our products, Sweet Olive Soap Works will not accept returns. If you have concerns about a product, please contact Emily to see if a resolution can be reached. Otherwise All sales are final.
